  My wife the other day must of done a dozen street signs an the it went to cars. After about 5 mins. Success. Even with the I am not a robot checked she still had to go through all that. Keep smiling and look out for those signs and cars. Still Totally ADD

  i think it's absolutely disgusting how the organisation has treated childhood victims of pedophilia and rape.

  i think their "standards" of requiring two witnesses for belief is absurd.

  i think how they try and quietly brush things under the rug in the back rooms of kingdom halls is completely despicable.

  Many of my friends who are Republicans are sicken by what's going on in their party. The Republican party always liken themselves as a moral party. If the likes of Roy Moore ends up in the Senate the Republican party will have a hard time explaining how they are the moral party. Democratic party have the same problems but they don't go out and represent themselves as a moral party.

  Moore acts like a typical child abuser by going on the offense by blaming everyone else instead of asking for forgiveness for what he did. Plus both him and his wife hide behind there so called Christian faith. Notice the crosses his wife hangs on her ears and the cross on his lapel. Still Totally ADD

  so, my son bought me a device that allows me to look up and watch anything i want.

  i remember years ago , i enjoyed the television show hee haw on sunday evenings.

  i naively thought it was wholesome family entertainment.

  So my PIMO Younger Brother Tried To Kill Himself Today

  we all know that this cult will drive those trying to leave to desperate measures, and today by brother was very nearly one of those statistics.

  he slashed his thigh with a kitchen knife and was bleeding out until he called the police.. i got a call on my way home from work from a police officer, coincidentally it was one of my old friends from school who's now a cop.

  he told me my brother is in hospital after an attempted suicide and has lost some blood but will be ok. but i should get to the hospital as he's asking for me.

  P.E. I am so sorry for your brother. I was in his same shoe's over 30 years ago. Depression caused by the cult is devastating. I know. Your brother is so lucky to have you on his side. Talking to his therapist was a stroke of genius on your part. I hope he will keep you in his confidence. I have no idea why those two elders are even there. As far as I am concerned they have no business being there. It is so sad how the cult blames the abused for being the abuser. But this is what cults are good at. Keep the faith and stay strong. You are a great guy for protecting your brother like this. Your family may be willing to take the low road and throw you under the bus but you have taken the high road and in turn become the better person for it.

  Take care of yourself so you can be there for your brother. Thank you for sharing this story with us. Still Totally ADD

  freddo the overlapping generations is like this for most of us when reaching middle age our bellies start to swell due to no exercise and eating to much. So overlapping occurs with our bellies now for others that overlapping becomes so great you can't see your feet or your back side any more.   What I have seen of steampunk looks very interesting to me because it involves repurposing old items. I watch a tiny house episode on TV where they used steampunk designs. I thought it was kind of neat. It showed a inventive individualism of design and I like that. One of a kind look. The cookie cutter housing we see today is just to boring to me. Being unique to me is the way to go. Still Totally ADD

  They use iPads instead of a bible. Door to door is for the weaker ones with their ipad while the spiritual Strong's ones get to sit near Wt.carts and watch people walk by. The GB are rock stars in their own mind. Everyone listens to a TV broadcast every month by the GB. Higer Education is still evil. Begging for Money is a big thing for them. All those child abuse cases are costing them a lot. By the way Armageddon is almost here. There is also a lot of singing and dancing in the kingdom Hall. That's all I can think of now.   as heart breaking it is i am glad it is coming out.

  it takes a brave person to bring these things out.. could this be the catalyst that may expose the wt.

  Thank you all for commenting. I gave every one a "like". For me this thread has been very educational. Many of the comments was frank and honest. Just as the title of a book about the differences in the sexes said "Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus". It just shows we all have a long way to go. Still Totally ADD

  Redvip, do you feel there is a difference from unwarranted touching a women and telling a women who you do not have a relationship with " would you like to f--k" is different? I feel they are both inappropriate sexual behavior. Yes all men have testicles and yes many men listen more to their little head over the big head. Still does not make it right. A real man knows how to control those thoughts and never take action on those thoughts.

  Women are not object's for uncontrollable desires a man may have. Sad fact is many men do not think this way and many women have taken it for granted that all men act that way. A women work mate of mine several years ago told my wife and me when Donald Trump was accused of inappropriate sexual behavior that all men do that. I said I never have done that and my wife said no man has ever done that to her. She told us she knew I would never do that. The point I am trying to make is there is a big problem with many men's thinking and it needs to change.
